Hiring a band is not something you do often, so it’s likely you’re new to the process. Searching online for your ideal band can feel overwhelming due to the many options available. Where should you start? How do you pick the right band from so many choices, and what does all that different terminology mean?

How far in advance should I book?

Our diary gets booked up sometimes up to a year in advance. Whether it be a wedding, event, festival or corporate booking we suggest you secure your band well in advance! Especially if you have special requests.

N.B we can’t accept Wedding bookings with less than 3 months to the date.

How much do you charge?

To keep us affordable we do have a range of pricing to suit each budget. The length of set, distance to travel, type of event, gear required and amount of services mean we cannot give an overall figure. Please use our contact page if you’d like a quote.

What do I need to check before hiring a band?

Before hiring a band we will need to know the space you want us to play in (whether this be a hall, club, bar, restaurant, pub, festival). We will need electricity to hook up to but beyond that can be very flexible. You will want to ensure there is both room for the band (we are 4 people plus drums and keys) and also room for people to dance (everyone loves a dance!).

It is also worth checking sound restrictions and curfews with the venue prior to booking. If you book us to play until Midnight and there is a curfew at 11pm we are afraid we will be unable to refund you – so worth checking in advance!

What is included?

All this is included as standard, but check your quote for individual details

  • Two hours of performance time, either as 2×60 mins or 3×40 mins sets.
  • PA set with speakers suitable for most venue sizes
  • Ability to plug into existing speakers/PA systems where needed
  • Working with your venue to ensure smooth running of the day
  • A DJ playlist service to fill the gaps between sets
  • Travel expenses
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Arrival minimum 2 hours prior to set starting
  • Up to a midnight Finish

  • Acoustic daytime sets with either acoustic guitar or keyboard/piano
  • Late finishes up to 1am
  • Early set up
  • DJ upgrade for after the live music
  • Karaoke Setup for after the live music
